Since the day I was born, I have loved solving human problems with technology. Whether it was fixing my father’s digital watch or raising funds for a local tennis competition, I was known as the kid who could find the right solutions and make things happen.
I had a burning desire to make my mark on the world, so I got an MBA and an engineering degree and soared to the top of the corporate world quickly.
For a decade, I worked as a leader in world-class brands like Apple, Philips, and Accenture, applying my wizard skills in tech and marketing systems to build creative solutions for businesses to better reach and serve their customers. I traveled worldwide, consulting with companies in over 30 countries. I made great money, married the woman of my dreams, and created a life of adventure and abundance.
But amid the hustle and glamour of the corporate world, a nagging question gnawed at me: "What was I missing?"
Then, a turning point came when my wife, a passionate and successful small business owner, found herself on a collision course with burnout. Her business was thriving and growing rapidly, but the relentless pace of day-to-day operations and trying to get more business taking a toll. She pushed herself to the limit until she fell seriously ill and had to undergo a major life saving operation.
Her experience exposed the challenges faced by many entrepreneurs and small business owners:
Limited time and resources
Being too deeply immersed in daily operations
Uncertainty about where to focus efforts
Struggles and overwhelm with data and technology
Loss of clients due to operational challenges
It was in this moment that I decided to leverage my skills. With a deep understanding of tech and marketing systems, I stepped in to help my wife recover her business and her health. Together, we formulated powerful marketing strategies and automated critical systems and processes. The result was transformative.
